Ceremonies & Intensives
Ceremonial Cacao
Ceremonial cacao’s history is rooted in indigenous traditions tracing back to South America and Mesoamerica. These indigenous cultures revered ceremonial cacao as a sacred medicinal and spiritual plant medicine, each culture having their own relationship with and practice of communing with this sacred plant. Over time ceremonial cacao has made its way around the world and I have been blessed to come into relationship with her and her powerful, loving, and healing consciousness. While I have come into a ritual with ceremonial cacao that is used for the purpose of trauma healing, parts connection (IFS), inner world exploration, and spiritual connection, in each ceremony I honor her roots, the land who grew her, the ancestors who taught us how to commune with her wisdom, and the hands who harvest and share her.
Individual Ceremonial Cacao Journey
One of the main components of cacao is theobromine which is a mild stimulant that acts as the heart opening agent of cacao that allows for subtle, yet deeper awareness of our emotions, parts (IFS), inner stories, energy, and spiritual connections. When ceremony is held and guided in a journey like setting, one can experience profound insights and connections that lead to a greater sense of calm, clarity, peace, compassion, playfulness, and/or perspective. These are often qualities clients are looking to have more of as it relates to their personal growth goals. Individual Ceremonies are held for 90 minutes and involve a grounding into the ceremony, intention setting, communion with a ceremonial dose of cacao, a 45 minute journey accompanied by music, and time at the end for reflection of the experience and identification of what parts were witnessed, helped, or released. I guide all ceremonies using the IFS framework.

Group Cacao Ceremonies
Group ceremonies have the same structure as individual ceremonies, however, in group ceremonies we are journeying, experiencing, and sharing in community. Group ceremonies are 3 hours in length and are held 1x/month. Group ceremonies are wonderful for those who are looking for connection, universal love and acceptance, and the healing power of being witnessed in a shared space.

1 or 3 Day Intensive
Intensives are a great choice for those who are looking to build deeper connections to their systems and feel quicker outcomes with their inner work. Sometimes, weekly, 60 minute therapy sessions just aren’t enough for the depth of work we are doing, often leaving our systems feeling left in a holding pattern until next session. In the container of an intensive we have more time and spaciousness to soften and find safety in the environment, really get to know and build trust with protectors, and more presently witness and fully unburden exiles.
This one or three day intensive is an individual offering that involves a sacred plant medicine journey with ceremonial cacao, an energy work session to integrate the journey material, and an IFS session to ground into the previous days and set intentions moving forward. Each part of the intensive can be scheduled one day at a time or be held all in one day depending on what feels supportive to your exploration and digestion of the material being processed. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain clarity, connection, or perspective on a system or cluster of parts in a deep and focused retreat style setting with a timeline that supports everyday life. Intensives run Monday-Wednesday.
Example of 3 day schedule:
Monday- 90 min sacred plant medicine journey with ceremonial cacao
Tuesday- 90 min energy work session
Wednesday- 60 min IFS grounding/closing session
Example of 1 day schedule:
Begin with cacao ceremony/journey, integrate with energy work, and close with IFS check in and intention setting for moving forward.
